Introduction
Dynamic DWS (6 sides barcode reading) is an extension of the DWS (5 sides barcode reading) solution. This solution has a total of six sets of scanning barcode modules, which can achieve six-sided code reading, and the line laser measurement module and weighing module can dynamically obtain volume and weight data, reducing the difficulty of parcel placement and achieving higher recognition efficiency, comprehensively improving the automation and sorting efficiency of enterprise logistics

The Dynamic DWS (5 sides scanning) consists of an information collection device and a three-stage dynamic weighing.
The information collection equipment is made up of a scanning module and a line laser module. There are 6 sets of scanning modules, 5 of which are standard models, consisting of high-speed barcode reading cameras, lenses, light sources and controllers, which are set up in front, behind, left, right and top of the scanning module frame. It is highly integrated, easy to deploy, and simple to use. The bottom scanning module requires a reflector to be used, which allows the camera to be set up parallel to the conveyor line through the refraction of light. The line laser measurement module uses the laser beam to measure the length and width of the object and calculate the volume of the object through mathematical algorithms. We use high-definition, high-speed scanning cameras and line laser measurement modules in cooperation with Hikvision or Dahua to ensure maximum accuracy in code reading and measurement.
The three-stage dynamic weighing consists of a caching section, a weighing section and an exception handling section. The cache section, also called the packet pulling section, docks the conveyor. The cache section automatically transfers numerous parcels in turn to the weighing section through the speed difference, and the parcels continue to move at a uniform speed as they pass through the weighing section, where the weighing work is completed by the high-precision electronic scales at the bottom, with weighing accuracy within plus or minus 50g.

When the parcel enters the weighing section from the cache section, the photoelectric sensor installed on the conveyor line senses the parcel and triggers the scanning module, line laser module and dynamic scale. The corresponding module will take pictures of the parcel and read the code, measure the length, width and height of the parcel and calculate the volume of the parcel, and the dynamic scale will measure the mass of the parcel. This information will be handed over to the computer software of the industrial control machine for processing and fusion binding according to the preset way. After a series of calculations such as de-weighting and rule matching, the valid bill number will be filtered out and sent to the backend system for query, and the backend will return the result after rule mapping to get the sorting port number of the goods and enter the next sorting step. All successfully processed goods, weight information and photos are stored on the machine for reference.
